Network is a proud provider of Lean Six Sigma training. We cover all levels, from White Belt to Master Black Belt. Lean Six Sigma will assist you in conducting activities that will reduce or eliminate the generation of waste, leading to a more effective use of resources.
Soft Skills
We will assist you in building the competence and performance of your staff by identifying required skills and providing coaching to individuals.
Management Systems and Implementation
We provide training specific to popular management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. We also provide training for internal auditors, in order to ready your organisation for accreditation.
Executive and Business Coaching
By focusing on executives within the organisation we can improve performance and ensure that changes are implemented at executive level. Coaching for leadership will reap many rewards for your organisation.
